Common

Even if you write down 1k things, Its all about the mind and Discipline. If you are idle bad thoughts comes. so always be with some work or busy with something. Always chant gods name.

You will feel hesitant to go anywhere or take new step, Its ok to be afraid or think about dress or people judging-take the first step and face things-its always good.

Body holds previous day memory so it becomes routine to feel sleep at noon.( We can change it with practice)

I feel tired and week to go play for a month and wasted time but next month all day I played at evening without any issue although felt hesitant to go play as usual.

2 Week observation in Holidays(No stress)

Hot water bath + football + sitting slanting for entire day + someday noon nap + wasting time with YouTube = Health week, Bad thoughts.


1 Week 2024

I can stay awake/sit all day/ stand all day all day without getting tired in village but next day in City i feel tired and morn/noon feel sleepy.

Love nature and wake up sharp at 6am in Village but cant do in city 2024. Learning From Life:

No matter how much you consume media and false pleasures, the mind will still try to consume it although its unhealthy- Wasting precious time and health.

Took 20days leave and wasted time by above point- still feels to take leave but in reality as per brain, I feel alive while working .So always work on something.


Healthy Things:

Always try to sit straight and exercise everyday.

If you slant and sit all day, body and mind becomes week and you will not get good thoughts.

At least 6 pushups and the body and face becomes good.


Mind:

The thing which you try to control in mind i.e. Remove or delete from mind becomes the cause of overthinking. So relax and instead focus mind in important thing.

Like certification exam or extreme sport.

Life Goal:

Always be happy(at least smile face) and calm like lord Ram.
